John F.
Penney, P.E., CBCP
Project
manager and consultant specializing in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire
Protection. Entered the field of engineering in 1980 after graduating
from Vermont Technical College. In 1983 began private practice and
have continued to grow and expand with practical experience in all
areas of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection engineering and design. In
1987 I expanded my busy schedule to include program advisor and
instructor teaching HVAC Design, Plumbing Design and Project
Management for the HVAC Certificate Program offered by the Vermont
Center for Business and Industry in cooperation with Vermont Technical
College and Vermont Interactive Television. In 1994 I was added as a
part time adjunct instructor at Vermont Technical College where I
developed the curriculum and taught HVAC and Plumbing Design. I
currently remain in private practice providing consulting engineering
services to Owners, Architects, Engineers and Contractors throughout
New England and New York.
Joseph J. Coutermarsh, P.E.
Project engineer
specializing in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Began
career in 1985 after graduating from Vermont Technical College.
Currently has over twenty years of project experience in all phases of
engineering consulting services, beginning
with conception of mechanical systems, feasibility studies, schematic
design, construction documents, bid phase
and construction administration services. Client base includes
private, commercial, industrial and
municipal Clients throughout New England and New
York.
